I would like to ask the experts here: what accessories come with a pump when purchasing it?
The three most essential items are the certificate of conformity, the label, and the user manual.
At the very least, there should be drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, certificates of conformity, packing lists, accessories included, as well as special tools; the specific requirements depend on what is stipulated in the technical agreement or contract
When making the purchase, it’s sufficient to know what specification and model you want; the accompanying documents are provided by the seller along with the pump, and this should be clarified when signing the supply agreement
Looking at the contracts and technical agreements you have signed, the documents typically included with the products from the supplier are: the product certificate, user manual, and packing list
Generally, these include: the product’s certificate of conformity, instruction manual, and packing list, as well as the delivery note (used for warehouse receipt)
It’s not clear what stage of the project you are referring to – for example, the design phase or the acceptance stage upon arrival at the site – as the requirements vary in each case. The more authoritative reference is Chapter 9 of the API 610 standard. Of course, you need to check your contract and data sheet to see whether the implementation specifications specified are API 610 or other equivalent standards. The more standard contents (materials included with the product) include: 1. Product manual and related Version 0 drawings ; 2. Installation Manual ; 3. Use, maintenance, and technical data manuals.
