I would like to ask: do the design documents mentioned in the safety technical records for special equipment refer to the drawings provided by the design institute? Are the instructions for the installation, use, maintenance, and care of the equipment shown in the drawings provided by the design institute or by the manufacturing unit? The design documents include drawings, design details, and calculation procedures. The operation and maintenance of the equipment are to be carried out by the manufacturing unit, while the installation of the equipment must be done by a unit with the appropriate qualifications; relevant certification documents are also provided

Once the project is completed, the new Special Equipment Safety Law (implemented on January 1, 2014, I believe) requires that the technical records related to special equipment include information that the old law did not require manufacturers to provide. So does that mean one has to organize and collect this information on their own? The company is working on secondary safety standardization
