As the title suggests, regarding the treatment of gasification wastewater from fluidized-bed powder coal gasification or coal slurry gasification, should an emergency tank be considered for temporarily storing such wastewater in case it does not meet the required standards?
It’s set up. Does vaporization require water pretreatment? It can’t handle that either, right? It should be sent to the water treatment system instead.
They are generally installed at wastewater treatment sites these days; I’ve never heard of them being used in gasification areas
With such a large volume of gasified wastewater, what size accident tank is required? Vaporization can at most reduce ammonia nitrogen and hardness; if everything else can be resolved, then what’s the need for wastewater treatment?
It is designed for scenarios where gasification treatment is unsuccessful and the waste cannot be sent to wastewater treatment.
Can we ask fewer questions like this? Isn’t this a waste of time?
Wastewater treatment is equipped with corresponding water treatment devices; of course, there are also dedicated accident tanks for storing water that exceeds the specified standards. The size of these tanks depends on the volume of wastewater to be treated.
