Is there a formula for calculating the material required for the end caps, or does it have to be provided by the manufacturer?
There are many standard ellipses; for butterfly shapes, it’s best to consult the manufacturer, as different manufacturers may offer slight variations.
It’s obvious from the start that the person who posted this isn’t from a manufacturing factory; but whether it’s a manufacturing factory or not, there’s no need for them to know how to cut the materials – they just need to reuse them
There is usually an expansion formula available; it’s best to ask the head manufacturer
