My experience working at Jiangsu Lingyun Pharmaceutical shows that when looking for a job, one must seek out companies that are honest and trustworthy. After going there, they refused to pay for the insurance that was agreed upon, and also refused to sign an employment contract (I had already worked there for six months)! I could no longer tolerate it, so I had to leave that company; they still owed me my salary. I later heard that this company often acts in such a dishonest manner. They just stole that hard-earned money!
Condemn unscrupulous companies that take advantage of people.
Gather the necessary evidence, mainly attendance records and pay slips; if no contract is signed, double compensation can be claimed.
I don’t want that owed sweat money either if I can’t get it! I don’t have the energy or time to engage in endless lawsuits with these scoundrels; I’m just reminding forum members to avoid dealing with this unscrupulous company. There’s also another company, Weiling Biochemistry; be careful with them all!
The company I interviewed with said during the interview that they focus on abilities. . . Sigh. . Nothing can be booked anymore; I regret it now
Strongly condemn such companies! It’s terrible!
Thank you for the reminder, the world is indeed dangerous
Everyone must know Jean Valjean from \"Les Misérables\"; his fate is quite tragic, isn’t it? That was about something that happened abroad many years ago. In some of our companies today, the leaders have evil intentions; those of us working in such companies are in a worse situation than Jean Valjean.
Agreed; you definitely can’t be shy when looking for a job. Otherwise, it’s easy to suffer losses; small losses might not be a big deal, but getting trapped in such situations can lead to serious problems. Be sure to read the contract carefully before signing it. Be sure to keep a complete copy for yourself.
