Unfired Pressure Vessel: Vent holes or sleeves in skirt
Manhole covers shall be equipped with 2 jack screws 3/4” UNC, located diametrically opposite each other on the bolt pitch circle of the flange, and at midway between the flange bolts:@:@:@:@:@:@
1. Pressure vessels under non-fire conditions? 2. Vent holes for sleeves in skirt? Vent holes under the skirt?
For pressure vessels heated by non-flame means, I’m not aware of any specific terms used to refer to them； Vent holes or sleeves in skirt – “or” is correct
Vent holes or sleeves in skirt – I think they refer to the ventilation holes or air passages on the skirt base.
Perhaps, according to JB/T4710, exhaust pipes need to be installed for the insulation of the skirt base; sleeves seem to fall into this category
Vent holes or sleeves on the skirt; those that provide insulation on the skirt are known as sleeves. Those without insulation are holes, simply holes.
