Fire at the gas collector cleaning hole

A fire broke out after the cleaning hole of the gas collector was opened; this kind of incident had not occurred before. It was intended to clean the gas collector, and a fire started as soon as the lid was lifted. Our plant’s gas collection pipe is divided into two sections: 181–210 constitutes section B, while 211–240 constitutes section A. This phenomenon occurs only in section B; there is a connecting valve between the short air ducts of A and B. Seek expert assistance! !
The question is not clearly described, or it has been posted in the wrong forum. At least as an outsider, I have no idea what kind of device or medium is being referred to……
It’s difficult to determine; it is suspected that the low-pressure ammonia solution near the cleaning port is not flowing properly, or there might be a hidden flame due to negative pressure in the gas collection duct, or there could be an object emitting heat near the cleaning port
