Does 304 sheet metal need to be impact-tested?

Is it necessary to subject SS30408 sheet metal, used as the inner lining material for liquid nitrogen storage tanks, to impact testing? Does the welded joint need to be tested for impact? What is the qualified indicator?
What is the lowest temperature at which the device can be used?
SS30408 sheets do not require low-temperature impact testing
Impact testing is required for plates at temperatures below -196 degrees, while it is necessary for welds at temperatures below -100 degrees.
As long as the design temperature is below -196 degrees, the S30408 material used must undergo impact testing.

Materials are not required; during the welding procedure qualification of welded joints, low-temperature impact tests on the weld metal must be conducted, and the impact energy at temperatures not higher than the design temperature must be no less than 31 J.
Is stainless steel still used for impact tests?
-No shock is required above 196°C
