The user only replaces the heat exchanger tube bundle; what about the original heat exchanger? How should the technical specifications and requirements related to the tube bundle be reflected in the drawings? Is classification also carried out?
Take a look at the rules of the team – you’re not posting this correctly.
By only manufacturing the tube bundle, this cannot be considered a complete container.
The user is calculating the costs for pressure vessel maintenance; only the tube bundles should be considered as accessories
Inspection and testing should still be carried out according to the original drawings for classification, or supervision should be conducted in accordance with the fixed capacity regulations.
Okay, I’ll be more careful next time. Thank you for letting me know!
Yeah, I’m not sure if there are any regulations that specify this clearly? Even without classification, it is considered a major repair according to the fixed-volume regulations, and it still requires supervision by the boiler inspection agency
If the equipment is classified according to the drawings of your original device, then it must be regulated in accordance with relevant standards. For equipment subject to such regulations, the scope of oversight covered by those standards includes maintenance, so it is clearly specified already.
What was said upstairs makes sense:D
We are a equipment manufacturing factory, and we have never carried out inspection during the production of tube bundles; even when inspecting the end caps, the special inspection agency has never required inspections of the tube bundles.
