Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 4 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 shall apply. What does “Where reference is made to this paragraph” mean? Does it refer to the situation when this paragraph is cited?
I checked on Baidu; it seems to mean “reference.” Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 4 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 shall apply. Whenever this paragraph is referenced, one may apply in accordance with Article 4 of (EU) No 182/2011.
