Could an expert please provide a brief overview of the current development status of the ethylene industry both domestically and internationally, as well as information on the main domestic manufacturers and their production capacities?

The industrial development of ethylene and its downstream derivatives both domestically and internationally is characterized by fierce competition and a variety of approaches. In addition to the traditional process of producing ethylene from naphtha, technologies such as MTO, MTP, and PDH have also emerged in large numbers; whenever new technologies appear, new projects spring up one after another.
What are the current domestic and global production capacities?
Why isn’t Sinopec included? If we add them all together, the amount is quite significant – several are in the millions of tons
To be honest, I’m also puzzled – Sinopec and CNPC’s production volumes are surely among the top 15. How could there be none? Upon further thought, it’s likely that the statistics are compiled separately for the companies affiliated with Sinopec and CNPC.
That’s not scientific, is Chevron the production capacity of a single factory?
