Before starting up the propylene plant, the third-stage tank is pressurized; after that, it is filled with liquid. During this liquid filling process, is it necessary to fill the tank at the fourth-stage outlet as well?
The outlet collection tank of the propylene unit does not require separate filling; once the unit starts operating and fluid passes through the cooler, liquid will naturally accumulate in the collection tank.
The outlet tank of our propylene unit is started with liquid filled.
It’s sufficient to fill it in the second and third stages; or just fill it in the third stage. Filling the outlet tank doesn’t seem very useful, as that tank isn’t large – it’s only a little over 10 cubic meters
