“As the 13th Five-Year Plan is about to begin, with the introduction and implementation of a series of regulations and policies such as the new Environmental Protection Law, the Guidelines issued by the General Office of the State Council on Promoting Third-Party Management of Environmental Pollution, and the Water Pollution Control Measures, China’s industrial water treatment industry is about to enter a new phase, and the industrial water treatment market is set to experience rapid growth. Faced with a zero-tolerance attitude toward environmental pollution, and especially with the development of industry in the central and western regions, there is significant room for improvement in the treatment of industrial wastewater in these areas. How can enterprises achieve zero discharge of industrial wastewater in line with the new Environmental Protection Law and the Ten Measures on Water Management, so as to ensure effective treatment and reuse of such wastewater? How can financial institutions seize the opportunities presented by third-party governance to develop innovative business cooperation models? ； How environmental protection equipment and engineering technology companies can promote the application of new equipment, new processes, and new technologies. To this end, the China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Equipment Industry Association, in collaboration with the organizing committee of the Shaanxi Low-Carbon Industry and Circular Economy Expo, has decided to hold the \"China Industrial Water Treatment Industry Development and Investment & Financing Summit\". Alongside this event, there will also be a \"China (Shaanxi) Industrial Energy Saving Technologies and Emission Reduction Achievements Exhibition, as well as a special exhibition on industrial water treatment at the 4th Shaanxi Low-Carbon Industry and Circular Economy Expo.\" A dedicated exhibition area will be set up to showcase new technologies, processes, and equipment for industrial water treatment, aiming to provide a platform for exchange, cooperation, and the display of achievements among financial institutions, environmental technology companies, engineering firms, equipment manufacturers, industrial enterprises, and industrial parks. The conference will invite relevant department leaders and experts from various ministries, as well as heads of environmental protection departments from enterprises in the oil, petrochemical, coal chemical, steel, fertilizer, non-ferrous metals, electroplating, leather, papermaking, textile printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical, and municipal water treatment sectors. It will also bring together outstanding domestic and international companies specializing in water treatment technologies and equipment, engineering and technical personnel, heads of financial institutions, and those in charge of environmental protection at key industrial enterprises in the central and western regions. The aim is to facilitate in-depth and extensive discussions and exchanges during the conference, thereby promoting the healthy and rapid development of China’s energy conservation and environmental protection industry.
