I have been working in gas separation and gas liquefaction for 5 years; I work at a small company where I handle various tasks, but not in great depth. Moving and stationary equipment, processes, etc. Looking to make a career change in the design field; seeking recommendations for companies~~~
I self-studied PROE and have a strong interest in delving deeper into it. . . Loves to learn and delve into things
With these market conditions, people are leaving one after another; it’s tough
Design departments are laying off people these days. . It’s a bit difficult. . But keep it up, OP!
As far as I know, some people are being laid off, or else they’re idle due to a lack of projects. .
Those who aren’t laid off still end up with reduced salaries; it’s better to lay them off and provide compensation instead.
