Reasons for removing the furnace door and setting off explosives

When the coke car opens the furnace door, there is a blasting sound, sometimes quite loud, but blasting does not occur every time the furnace door is opened. What causes this? Coke production? Negative pressure in the carbonization chamber? Was the rising pipe cover and the furnace cover not opened when the furnace door was removed, creating a sealed environment? Or... solve it?
It should be as you said – when the furnace door is removed without first opening it, air rushes in in large quantities. This is how we proceed: 15 minutes before coke removal, we open the flap on the bridge tube, as well as the covers of the rising pipe and dust removal holes for cleaning and inspection, and then close them before pushing out the coke.
