I have some questions regarding the selection of a centrifuge. Please refer to the following data: Flow rate: 4050 as the maximum value, 2050 cubic meters per second as the minimum value. Inlet pressure: 0.12 MPa; outlet pressure: 0.45 MPa. Density: 0.42 (for the gas being processed). Temperature: 40 degrees. I’m not sure why a centrifugal compressor is needed in this situation. Could anyone help me out?

Can a reciprocating compressor be used? I’m wondering if the compression ratio is too low; is it true that only a centrifugal compressor can be used?
