Preheat the material; do we have a generator? Use the generator for that
There is no generator; a lot of low-pressure steam remains after preheating the materials
If there are no other steam-using applications within the facility and the steam cannot be sold externally, the design team can plan for its use based on factors such as the amount of excess steam and steam pressure; for example, it can be used for waste heat power generation. Funding can also be obtained for the utilization of waste heat.

Can it be used for utility gas purposes, and is the steam generated on-site? Consider reducing production to use this portion in place of utility services.
Power generation may not be feasible; for large-scale production, a power grid is required, and the initial investment in generators for smaller-scale use is also substantial.
Our factory primarily purchases steam at 3.5 Mpa from external sources; four centrifugal compressors operate simultaneously, and the backpressure steam is sent to the steam pipeline network. However, in order to maintain the efficiency of the compressors, the pressure in the pipeline network must not be too high. As a result, any excess steam is discharged, leading to waste. We are wondering if there might be other uses for this steam
The question is whether the steam from your utility systems can be used as a substitute for this purpose, in order to heat other equipment and thereby reduce the need to purchase external steam. If that doesn’t work, could we contact the gas supplier? The two parties could work together to recycle the low-pressure steam and reuse it, which would save costs for both of them.
