What is the sequence for acid cleaning, pressure testing, and oil filling of the lubricating oil pipeline?

Generally speaking, pressure testing should be carried out first before cleaning and oil transportation, but should pickling be done before or after the pressure testing? Update: To prevent any confusion, the standard found is stated here: Pressure testing should be carried out after the pipeline has been flushed successfully. There is another standard: pickling and passivation should be carried out after the pressure test is successful. I’m dizzy too.

My understanding is as follows: 1: The pressure test should be carried out after the pipes have been flushed successfully; this flushing process involves cleaning the pipes to remove impurities, and it is mainly done using compressed air, water, and manual labor. It is a task that must be carried out after installation. 2: There is another standard: pickling and passivation should be carried out after the pressure test is successful. I’m confused too: pickling requires piping and pressure testing to be carried out, only after there are no leaks. These two requirements aren’t contradictory. Other tasks such as alkali cleaning, oiling, and pressure testing should be carried out as required
By this “rinse,” I understand it to include purging, pickling, washing with water, etc.
This cleaning does not include pickling; it is merely a purging process (water washing is generally not done either, as it is after all an oil pipeline).
I think it should involve mixing components, spot welding, removing them for welding, applying hydraulic (or pneumatic) pressure, using hot air to clean the interior, performing acid washing and phosphating, assembling them onto the unit, flushing the pipes with oil, and concluding the process once the flushing is successful.
