There’s a colleague with a bachelor’s degree who joined the same company as me. At first, things were fine between us, but later on they started causing problems in every aspect, whether at work or elsewhere. They wouldn’t cooperate at work, and when it came to tasks that required submitting documents together, they deliberately delayed things. It felt like they were trying to sabotage me, either openly or secretly. What should I do to deal with such people? ?
Did you offend him? Or are you considered better than him in the eyes of your leaders and colleagues?
First, look for your own reasons, and be good at acting in your own interest. Building many good relationships only leads to imprisonment!
It’s probably due to a lack of communication between you, or maybe you perform better than him in certain areas. Try to talk to him to see if you can identify the root of the problem. Of course, the first thing is to figure out if there are any areas where I’ve gone too far
That makes sense. At the lower levels, one has to deal with enemies everywhere; imagine how much more so at the higher levels, where it’s necessary to make use of various strategies

Building many good relationships only leads to imprisonment! The workplace is like a small society; one deals with people everywhere, and if one can’t get along well with others, things won’t go smoothly.
To deal with such people, first identify your own reasons. After some time, take the initiative to talk to them
Stick to what you do, don’t let others influence you; over time, all problems will be resolved. Wolves are destined to eat meat, rabbits are destined to eat grass, and that’s it.
See what position you’ve set? If I had the power to decide, I’d just kick them out; as for those who are in charge of grading, they can only try to avoid having any contact with them
Believe that kindness is the right thing to do; be friendly, but not humble...
I wish I had the power to decide; keeping such people in the team brings no benefits other than disgust.
