When conducting no-load tests on gantry cranes, the following points should be noted: 1. It is necessary to check whether the current, voltage, etc. meet the required standards. 2. Check whether the test limiter is in good condition and whether the phase-error protection function works properly. 3. Check whether the assembly quality of the rope holder on the test track is good; with the steel wire rope in a tightened state, activate the lifting mechanism of the gantry crane to cause the hook to move downward. After rotating the drum two times, the steel wire rope should be able to pass smoothly out of the guide sheath opening. 4. Check the axial movement of the spindle of the tapered motor. During operation, visually assess this axial movement to determine whether it falls within the allowable range; if not, adjustments should be made promptly.
