What causes the high inlet temperature of the dryer?

As is well known, the air in the atmosphere is compressed by an air compressor (through work), turning into hot compressed air. Typically, a gas storage tank is installed after the air compressor to stabilize the pressure; in order to save costs, some people install a dehumidifier directly at the rear end of the gas storage tank. This results in an excessively high intake temperature of the dryer. Solution: Install an air-cooled or water-cooled cooler in front of the dryer to lower the temperature of the compressed air, and then place a filter at the rear end of the cooler to remove impurities such as liquid water, oils, solid particles, and dust from the compressed air. Typically, dryer manufacturers will indicate in the instructions that the inlet temperature of the air dryer should not be too high, and it should generally be kept below 40°C. If the inlet temperature of the air dryer becomes too high, it will cause the adsorbent in the dryer to become ineffective, affecting the dew point temperature of the compressed air (i.e., its level of dryness). Although manufacturers have repeatedly emphasized that the inlet temperature of the dryer should not be too high, many users still do not pay enough attention to this, resulting in the inlet temperature of the dryer reaching 100°C or higher.
