I would like to ask everyone, how should water of this quality be treated? Thank you. pH, CODCR, BOD5, SS, NH3-N: Inflow – 5, 40000, 7000, 110, 1; Outflow – <50, <10, <10, <8
Treatment capacity: 60 t/d, food wastewater
Could you provide more details on the components in the water? My QQ number is 104465185; please add me so I can learn more about wastewater information, and then we can decide on the most appropriate way to treat it in a more scientific manner.
It can be treated through biochemical methods; feel free to contact me via QQ if you’re interested. 1774654391
Hello, we use electrolytic treatment. My signature contains my contact information; we can discuss the details further
If the COD level is high, micro-electrolysis----air flotation----biological treatment can be used first

The effectiveness of this treatment method can be determined through laboratory tests; 2. If food wastewater contains a high amount of oil, air flotation can be used for oil removal after coagulation and sedimentation, and it can also help remove SS and COD ; 3. If the B/C ratio can reach above 0.3 after physical-chemical treatment, the A2O process is used; if it cannot reach 0.3, anaerobic and aerobic processes are employed ; 4. For aerobic treatment, SBR and CASS processes can also be used; if the water volume is large, an oxidation ditch process is recommended ; 5. If the standards are not met after primary treatment, advanced treatment is required; MBR and ozone oxidation processes can be used for this purpose. Food wastewater generally has good biodegradability, so there should be no problems in meeting the standards.

Recommended treatment processes: “iron-carbon microelectrolysis + coagulation sedimentation + UASB + contact oxidation” or “hydrolysis acidification + secondary UASB + contact oxidation”. With such low ammonia nitrogen levels, are there any data on total nitrogen and total phosphorus? If those values are also low, care should be taken to supply nitrogen and phosphorus sources during the biochemical treatment process.
How is the water level? The biodegradability of this wastewater is too low; it cannot be sent directly to biological treatment processes and requires pretreatment first. Pre-treatment can use Fenton or HMC.
Thank you for the advice; I hope to receive more help in the future:P
Thank you for your guidance. If I have any questions in the future, I might bother you again; please bear with me and offer your advice. :P
