The issue of broken rods: First, it is necessary to consider whether the service life of the steel rod has expired; prolonged use can cause the rod to thin out, or uneven wear in different parts of the rod can lead to irregular thicknesses, which in turn may result in the rod breaking. Second, the quality of the steel rod needs to be checked to ensure it meets standards. Lastly, changes in the quality of the coal used can accelerate the rate of wear on the rod, shortening its service life and thus leading to rod breakage; Bolt fracture in the cylinder: 1. First, consider whether the bolts are regularly inspected and replaced; prolonged use of the cylinder bolts can lead to metal fatigue, resulting in fracture ; Secondly, is the design of the liner for your cylinder reasonable? Has there been any change in the lifting height of the steel rods? If the lifting height of these rods changes, the impact force on the liner when they drop will increase, which can easily lead to the breaking of the cylinder bolts. Finally, have any shock-absorbing measures been taken for your mill?
Regularly pick up the sticks, removing any broken or thin ones; During the inspection, issues were found with the lining plates; it is recommended to address them immediately, including the cylinder bolts
