I would like to ask: under what circumstances is a jacketed reactor heated with medium-pressure or high-pressure steam, and under what circumstances is it heated with heat transfer oil? Where can I find the source in which it is mentioned?
When heating materials to temperatures above 200 degrees, heat transfer oil is used. Use steam at temperatures below 200 degrees.
