As a natural person shareholder who does not participate in the management, in the event that the company suffers a major liability accident or still has debts upon bankruptcy liquidation. Does it have anything to do with me? ? There shouldn’t be any, please help me understand this.

Not the boss, but a minor shareholder holding 1%-2%. Could there really be a connection between this? . .
It should be related, but there’s a question: with such a small amount of capital involved, it should be considered an investment rather than something that entails management responsibilities
