The pressure reached at the top, which is the maximum operating pressure within the container’s maximum pressure limit, plus any additional conditions imposed by the system in the process flow. What do additional conditions generally refer to? Could you give some examples? I’m not quite sure what they are

Each device uses a different algorithm, and it is also related to the pressure relief on the device. For example, if your equipment is equipped with a burst disc, then once the pressure in the equipment reaches 0.7 times the maximum allowable value, plus or minus the limits specified for the burst disc’s performance range.
