Dear forum friends: I’m posting a request for help. Please avoid negative comments if you don’t agree; I’d like to summarize the brands of pumps commonly used in coal chemical plants, including both domestic and imported ones. The topic is a bit broad; I hope everyone will give their support.
Imports: Products from Sulzer and Galite are quite common. Domestic brands include Dalian Shenlan, Shenyang Grid, Shenyang Industrial Pump, Zhejiang Cole, etc
For example, metering pumps are used in dosing systems within the coal chemical industry; among the imported brands are Mettler Toledo, Rivacold, Pulsar, Brown & Root, etc. I hope everyone will give their strong support!
Domestic metering pumps: Benxi Water Pump Factory, Chongqing Water Pump Factory, Hangzhou Depam
Chemical pumps: Dainai, sharing the same factory site as Sulzer
Is Sulzer not a domestic brand? I always thought it was a domestically produced unit. The equipment cooling water pumps in the two nuclear islands here are from Sulzer in Dalian; they are significantly larger than pumps of the same function imported from abroad, and their design is also much simpler
We have had quite a lot of them for a long time; besides that, there are Shenyang industrial pumps
For the main pumps, there are brands such as Sulzer, Foster, Belloni, and Gongfu; there are also those from Hunan Tianyi, Dalian Chemical’s corrosion-resistant pumps, Shenyang Qiyuan, and others – the quality of these pumps varies greatly.
Milton Roy is the preferred choice for metering pumps, as Pasifida has a too long parts delivery time. For chemical process pumps, Sulzer and Deep Blue are recommended; for boiler feed pumps: Shenyang Water Pumps and Shenyang Industrial Pumps; for circulation pumps: Shenyang Water Pumps and Changsha Water Pumps
