Which type of registration is more suitable for those majoring in Process Equipment and Control Engineering? HVAC? Power?
In terms of HVAC and power systems, it’s still more appropriate to take exams related to thermal energy. The downside of this field is that in most exams, you end up competing with candidates from related fields rather than those from your own specialty
I’ll give it a try too; I’ve been working for over a year now and still haven’t obtained any useful certificates

It’s okay; it depends on you. Your foundation seems to be similar. What’s more difficult is the specialized subjects – both options in control engineering involve some complexity. Check online what the examination topics are, and choose the one you’re more confident about taking. I’m more inclined toward the thermal engineering field; the specialized courses there involve more thermodynamics calculations. I’m not very familiar with HVAC systems, sorry
The basic exams are the same for HVAC, power, and water supply and drainage; the specialized exams differ. Personally, I feel there are more job opportunities in HVAC
