How to calculate the full-open flow rate when a temperature and pressure reducer fails? It seems a Cv value is needed; is there any formula for that? Since the capacity of the safety valve depends on the capacity of the temperature and pressure reducer
What medium flows through the pressure reducer? Are you referring to a pressure reducing valve? Pressure? Throat diameter of pressure relief valve? Pressure and the medium determine the flow velocity V, while the throat diameter determines the flow area A. AXV represents the volumetric flow rate; if the mass flow rate is required, it can be calculated using the density of the medium. Based on the maximum Cv value of the selected valve, the maximum flow rate is calculated inversely. @jiaguoyun

Is the high-pressure condensate pump broken or is the condensate control valve broken?
