At Dashiemen, I want to change my working environment and stop working at this company. I currently do maintenance work for a petrochemical company; I have a junior college degree and have been working for three years. It’s my first time going for an interview, so I don’t know what to talk about. The main thing is negotiating the salary – for example, if I ask for 8,000, but they offer me 5,000, can I negotiate further and ask for 6,000? Also, pay attention to those aspects during the interview.

During an interview, it’s generally better not to bring up salary on your own; wait until it is asked. As for how much you want, you need to know the typical salary range for positions of this level in your industry, so that you can negotiate like when haggling in a market.
