How to handle oil-based waste cutting fluid – 20 tons per day
In Sichuan? Contact me in Sichuan and I’ll help you handle it. If your company wants to handle it on its own, I can also provide the technology.
Filters are needed; for water treatment equipment, please contact us
This evaporator with a capacity of 1 T/H is designed as an integrated skid-mounted system, measuring 2.5m x 2.5m x 3m; it is movable and detachable, and operates automatically. Those interested can check my personal logs.
Regulation tank → Chemical dosing and demulsification reaction → Oil separation → Air flotation → Cross-flow ultrafiltration → Discharged when meeting standards or reused; concentrated water returned to the regulation tank
Does evaporation directly rule out HW09 or 08? What is the goal here? Is the entire process required, or is it sufficient to proceed with biochemical or conventional treatment?
For cutting oils of the HW08 category, they need to be converted into fuel oil or lubricating oil through distillation; other recycling methods can also be used. As for waste liquids of the HW09 category, demulsification and oil separation are required, followed by air flotation or chemical oxidation, biological treatment, and finally discharge in compliance with regulations. Our company installed a processing unit capable of handling 20 tons of emulsified waste per day last year
