Why does the Innovene polypropylene process air lock have a good air-locking effect?

Why does the Innovene polypropylene process gas lock have such good gas-locking performance? The PDS system used in UNIPOL, along with its intermediate transfer system, should have an even better gas-locking ability. Also, it seems to me that the gas lock system operates in a similar manner to UNIPOL’s intermediate transfer system. Could someone please explain this to me? Thanks a lot
The air lock system controls the purging of powder through a program, thereby returning the hydrogen trapped in the powder back to Reactor 1 and then pressurizing it to send it to Reactor 2; this is primarily achieved through sequential control.
