Can small-diameter vertical vessels be supported by a skirt?

I have been working in design for not long, and I would like to ask everyone whether a vertical tank with an inner diameter of 1000 mm and a cylinder length of 1800 mm can use skirt supports
Sure, no problem; we can still use a skirt foundation for the 600 model with a length of 28 meters

There is no need to use grouped seating; the design and manufacture of pressure vessels must ensure safety while also taking cost considerations into account.
It is certainly possible to use skirt supports, but from an economic perspective, such small containers generally suffice with leg supports.
