How to design the primary circuit diagram of a distribution cabinet? Which parameters need to be calculated?

I’m new to this area and hope forum members can offer some guidance. For example, how are branch circuits calculated, and what parameters are needed?； Then, how to select switches, circuit breakers, isolators, and instrument transformers based on the load, and what are the criteria for making such selections? ； Finally, how should it be represented on the drawings? What are the standard guidelines for drawing the symbols of various components on diagrams (that is, the common graphical symbols used in electrical engineering)? It would be even better if there were existing CAD drawings of distribution cabinets available. Please provide some references for scoring purposes. Additionally, what other elements should be included in the comprehensive design of a low-voltage distribution cabinet? Are there any books available that can serve as references for this type of design?
