The inlet pressure is 30 mbar; what type of pump would be suitable?

There is a tank in front of the pump inlet that needs to be evacuated, with a pressure of around 30 mbar. The fluid involved is mainly water, and the required flow rate is also low (10 L/H). What kind of pump would be suitable for this purpose? I have already consulted some manufacturers of metering pumps and gear pumps, but none of them could provide a satisfactory solution. Please help me out! :'(:'(:'(
This should be a gas-liquid separation tank; it would be best to have an additional receiving tank at the bottom, with the separated liquid flowing into that tank, which acts as a liquid seal. The pump can then draw liquid directly from the receiving tank, making it easier to choose the appropriate pump
A regular gear pump or screw pump will suffice
A high-pressure plunger pump can be used; it works well whether the inlet pressure is high or low
