The Work Safety Law establishes seven basic legal systems, namely: (1) the work safety supervision and management system； (II) Safety assurance system for production and business operation entities ； (III) Safety responsibility system for the persons in charge of production and business operations ； (IV) System of rights and obligations regarding work safety for employees ； (5) Safety intermediary service system ； (VI) System for holding accountable those responsible for work safety ； ( VII ) Accident emergency response and handling system.
