It seems like there’s no future in making money working at a design institute

I don’t know why, but I just feel that working in a design company doesn’t offer much in terms of financial prospects. It’s hard to explain exactly; since people say so, there must be reasons behind this perception. . . What do you all think?

How many years has LZ been in this field? People with different lengths of experience can draw different conclusions from this feeling.
