Is there a delay with the “New Posts” option in the upper right corner of the forum?

In the upper right corner of the forum, under “New Posts”, is there a delay when you click on it? Just saw 3 posts that violated the rules regarding pornography; 1 of them was found in the “New Posts” section. After access was blocked, another one appeared after a while ； Similarly, other sections showed 1 pornographic post, but it was not displayed in the “New Posts” section. Also, why can these rule-breakers print out the phrase marked as prohibited in the title, while we have to add spaces?
