It’s possible, but diesel needs to be hydrogenated and distilled. The specific implementation needs to be handled by the design institute for you.
High-pressure hydrogenation and distillation (there are quite a few columns needed, depending on how many grades of white oil you want). Setting up this entire system costs a lot of money; it depends on whether your company is willing to make such an investment.

The industry standard for industrial white oil is SH/T 0006-2002; the owner should first check whether their company’s product meets this standard. Additionally, the distillation range of diesel is much narrower than that of industrial white oil.
