This post was last edited by Kanhai De Ren on 2015-10-28 at 11:06. I have been working in chemical engineering design for 4 years and am currently employed at a design institute. Since chemical engineering is not a mainstream field, there is high staff turnover; currently only about 10 people remain, and the salaries are relatively low. Therefore, I am seeking a new job: 1) Personal details: Zhengzhou University, Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Intermediate Engineer. 2) Desired position: Chemical engineering construction drawing design. 3) Work location: Zhengzhou or Wuhan. 4) Expected salary: Over 4500 yuan, plus social insurance and housing fund. 5) Areas of expertise: Construction drawing design, specialized designs for safety facilities, diagnostics related to safety facility design, and diagnostics related to automated control systems. 6) Contact information: QQ 525498252. Key project experience: (1) Construction drawing design for steam pipelines at XXX Company, including pipeline network drawings, comprehensive material lists, insulation material lists, pipe characteristic tables, pipe rack lists, as well as diagrams for supports, bearings, and reinforcement measures for crossings; (2) Design of the construction drawings for the fermentation workshop of XXX Biotechnology Co., Ltd., mainly including process flow diagrams, equipment layout diagrams, and pipeline layout diagrams ; (3) Special report on the design of safety facilities for XXX Company’s project to produce 5,000 tons of 2-methylpyridine per year ; (4) For the design of the thermal network construction drawings of XXX Company, two preliminary design options were considered: direct burial outside the plant + overhead installation inside the plant, and direct burial outside the plant (along roads) + overhead installation inside the plant. The work involved preparing pipe layout diagrams, pipe cross-section diagrams, diagrams of pipe insulation structures, as well as details regarding drainage, moisture removal, trench cross-sections, valve chamber details, and lists of equipment and materials ; (5) Design of the post-fermentation treatment construction drawings for XXX Biotechnology Co., Ltd., mainly including the process flow diagram, equipment layout diagram, and pipeline layout diagram ; (6) Special Report on the Design of Safety Facilities for XXX Company’s Project to Produce 60,000 Tons per Year of a Range of Oilfield Chemicals ; (7) Design of the automation control renovation plan for XXX Company’s 1,800 tons/year chlorinated paraffin project (process design completed) ; (8) Special Report on the Design of Safety Facilities for XXX Company’s 200,000-ton/year CO2 Expansion Project ; (9) Process design for oil and gas recovery renovation at gas stations. Personal skills: (1) IT skills – Passed the Computer Level 2 exam. Proficient in the Windows operating system, Office productivity software, Visual Basic programming, and Visual FoxPro programming. Proficient in Aspen software, AutoCAD software, CAESARII software, ProII software, ChemOffice software, Fortran software, and Visio software. (2) English skills: Good abilities in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. CET-4: Passed ; CET-6: Passed. (3) Professional skills: Proficient in FTIR, UV, GC/MS, TG, XRD, and HPLC analysis techniques. A detailed resume can be provided if needed! Thank you for your attention!
Those projects related to specific safety design aspects don’t need to be that detailed; industry professionals won’t give extra points for them; Several detailed design projects can be highlighted, and one should also mention their own technical skills. It is necessary to be familiar with the simulation software used in process design; if one isn’t good at it yet, then learn it now ; The expected treatment level is really too low. Although the overall situation in chemical engineering design isn’t good, it can’t be that low either. I really don’t know what to say after reading what you wrote:L
