During the testing, it was found that the readings of some differential pressure level gauges changed as the pressure varied, while those of the others remained unchanged. What is the reason for this?
There must be something blocking the opening.
It might be that the static pressure error of the transmitter is too large.
It is likely that during the testing process, the system was unstable, with large fluctuations in liquid level; these fluctuations became even more severe when pressure increased, and as a result, the differential pressure gauge also changed accordingly. System instability is characterized by alternating negative and positive pressures, which causes some of the liquid in the positive or negative pressure chamber to be drawn away
Under normal conditions, it does not change with pressure, unless one of the pressure sampling ports is blocked

A differential pressure level gauge operates on the principle that it contains a liquid with a density different from that of the liquid in the pipeline or container; when the level of liquid in the container changes, the static pressure generated by the liquid column also changes accordingly. The density of the liquid being measured by such a gauge is usually known in advance. The measured pressure difference is proportional to the liquid level height. The situation you described might be caused by blockage on one of the positive-pressure side or the negative-pressure side.
