During the production of coal-to-natural gas, a large amount of saline wastewater is generated, causing environmental pollution. The common solution is evaporation, concentration, crystallization, and separation. The operating cost of an MVR evaporator is 1/4 to 1/3 of that of traditional evaporators; it operates using electricity instead of steam, and there is no need for circulating cooling water. The cost to treat one ton of water is approximately 45 to 50 yuan, including labor costs, with this treatment cost varying depending on the increase in the boiling point of the material.
