As the saying goes, the plan for the year begins in spring; all work during this season gets underway, and many construction projects start to see active activity, requiring powerful hydraulic lifts for assistance. What should be done if the hydraulic lift fails at this time? 1. The lifting speed of the hydraulic lift is extremely slow. If this occurs, we need to identify the cause of this malfunction. 1. Under normal circumstances, a failure in the sealing of the boom cylinder will lead to internal leakage. 2. The condition of the light-guiding control oil circuit inside the machine, combined with damage to the overload valve and the make-up oil valve, results in a decrease in overall pressure regulation. 3. During operation, unstable voltage can also easily cause the circuit to burn out. In the event of the above issues, targeted modifications should be made. In daily use, it is necessary to check the stroke of the cylinder and its internal extension and retraction. Assuming it is found that the telescopic arm cannot extend to its maximum limit, be sure not to push the spool in the main control valve to a more advanced position. II. The lifting noise of the lift platform is extremely loud. When this situation is detected, the oil system should be checked first. Check whether the entire machine is operating under overload, whether there is any sticking in the guide rails, and what the lubrication condition is inside the pins.
