In accordance with the performance requirements of the crane, the specifications, quantity of the wind ropes, as well as the tension and burial depth of the ground anchors are carefully designed to ensure a firm and reliable connection among the wind ropes, the mast, and the ground anchors. 5. The burial of ground anchors should be designed based on the soil conditions at the site and the stresses exerted on the anchors. 6. When guy wires are installed around electrical wires, a guard made of insulating material should be provided. Mast cranes are suitable for situations where other cranes cannot carry out lifting operations.
