Colleagues: Is the medium-pressure steam generated by the waste boiler in hydrogen production conversion processes superheated steam or saturated steam?
Gas generation equipment produces saturated steam, which is then superheated. To find out for sure, one can check the pressure and temperature of the steam.
What is produced by the waste heat boiler used for hydrogen production is what we call saturated steam. Hydrogen steam blowing: low-pressure steam is used to superheat the furnace, and then it returns as blowing steam; we call this superheated steam.
Water comes from the steam drum; what is produced and returned to the steam drum is saturated steam. This saturated steam then enters the flue for heating, emerging as superheated steam.
