Ugh, the weather has gotten colder these past couple of days; I didn’t pay attention to it, and as a result I’ve had a cold and diarrhea all day long – it’s terrible. Dear sea friends, please don’t be like me; take care of your health and adjust your clothing accordingly.

No one in the company uses that thing; they have to rely on drinking hot water to stay warm.
I have a small hot water bottle. You can take a cup, fill it with hot water, and then place it on your stomach.

How about you pour hot water on it to scald it?
