What is the proper way to arrange air guns in coal bins, and how can their impact on the coal weighing feeder be avoided?

Good measurement accuracy helps to produce high-quality water-coal slurry and ensures stable operation of the gasification process – it’s definitely an advantage. Nitrogen guns do not cause blockages; as long as operators make decisions based on the actual level of coal in the bin as indicated by the level gauge, as well as the amount of coal fed into the coal grinder, they can use the nitrogen guns effectively. If these guns are used frequently in the upper part of the bin where there is already coal, it will compact the coal, exacerbating blockages and other issues. Operators need to determine, through practical experience, at what times and in which areas to use the nitrogen guns. If they lack experience, it is recommended to start using the nitrogen guns from the bottom up, and to stop using them immediately once there is coal in the weighing feeder.
