There are many fixed-bed residue hydrogenation units in China; the earliest ones were those at Qilu Petrochemical, Maoming Petrochemical, West Pacific, and Hainan Refining & Chemical. Even more such units have been installed nowadays: Changling, Jinling, Shanghai Petrochemical, etc. HARTMANN ball valves work well for this purpose, and AST also offers excellent performance
