Seek operation documentation for air separation liquefaction units~~

Everyone, does anyone have any information on air separation liquefaction units – design specifications, operating procedures, drawings, etc.? Please let me know if you have them~~
It’s not easy to find; there are two processes: one using air and another using nitrogen. I’ve never found one with air circulation.
I have a small air separation unit for nitrogen production, with waste nitrogen used for cyclic expansion and gas bearings. I’m not sure if this is the information you need

What we use now is a nitrogen circulation system; there is also a manual for air circulation, but the difference isn’t significant – in one case, nitrogen is used with gas expanders, while in the other case, air is used. One is an air booster and the other is just a nitrogen compressor. Under air circulation, liquid nitrogen is drawn from the lower tower to be sent to the upper tower and the liquid product. The difference isn’t that big.
