Geckos can make sounds, did you know?

Suddenly, a sound came from under the eaves; my first thought was that there must be a bird’s nest there. I had lived there for so many years without ever seeing any bird nests in that area. Later, when I saw two geckos coming out, it hit me that geckos can make sounds as well, and those sounds aren’t faint at all. It’s a bit similar to the sound in the game \"Plants vs. Zombies\", that chirping noise. . . It sounds like the kind of sound you hear from zombies that can swim. . .
I don’t know… geckos are rarely seen…

I’ve never heard a gecko make a sound, but I believed they could. After checking online, it turns out they indeed can.
